I've always been passionate about helping others reach their full potential, and discovering ABA showed me how structured, compassionate support can truly transform lives. As a software engineer at BHF, I love knowing that the tools we build directly support clinicians, children, and families navigating developmental challenges. It's fulfilling to use technology for meaningful, human impact. A fun fact about me is that I love pushing myself both physically and mentally-through workouts, coding, or RPG games. And after a productive week, there's nothing better than rewarding myself with some Neapolitan pizza! One quote I live by is: "If you're not making someone else's life better, then you're wasting your time." - Will Smith. At BHF, I've been able to contribute to solutions that streamline care, improve communication, and ultimately support better outcomes. The collaboration across teams is something I genuinely value-we're all working toward the same purpose. If I were a superhero, my power would be time travel-to better understand people by witnessing their journeys. Three words that describe me: dependable, thoughtful, curious. Favorite children's franchise: Harry Potter-books, movies, all of it!

My journey into ABA therapy began during my junior year of undergrad when I took a course in Experimental Analysis of Behavior and worked with live pigeons in a lab-some of which could even play ping pong! That experience sparked my love for behaviorism and eventually led me to work in a group home with young adults. I remember wanting to do more to support them and realized that ABA would give me the tools to make a greater impact. What I love most about this work is witnessing progress-especially milestones that families once believed were out of reach. As a BCBA at BHField, my time here has already shown me how genuine, compassionate, and committed the team is under Dana's leadership. It's a culture rooted in meaningful service and true support. A fun fact about me: I was born in Mexico and immigrated to the U.S. at age 3. I'm proud of my roots and grateful that my family spent summers in Mexico through high school. I carry that cultural foundation into my work every day. One of my favorite quotes is from Mother Teresa: "Help one person at a time, and always start with the person nearest you."

I'm a dedicated BCBA inspired by my sibling with autism to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018. I find immense joy in witnessing the progress of children and the happiness it brings to their families as they achieve developmental milestones. A former Division 1 athlete, I ran hurdles at Troy University, showcasing my drive and determination both on the track and in my professional life. My experience at BHF has been very beneficial. I have learned so much about ABA. Being a new BCBA, I know that it is a lot to learn, but working at BHF has allowed me to continue to learn and grow in the field, hand in hand with Dana, an amazing person and BCBA's mentor.

My inspiration to work in ABA therapy stems from a deep commitment to improving mental health treatment in Black and Brown communities, where support is often under-resourced. My journey began with art therapy, which opened my eyes to the powerful impact creative expression has on emotional well-being. That path naturally led me to ABA therapy, where I can blend my love for the arts with evidence-based practices to support children and families in meaningful ways. What I love most is helping families recognize and embrace their child's unique identity-celebrating individuality, strengths, and potential every step of the way. At BHField, I've found a place where learning and compassion truly come first. I've grown immensely thanks to the guidance of my BCBAs and the care of my case managers. Outside of work, I'm a painter featured in local Atlanta art shows, a gamer, a weightlifter, and currently training to be a professional wrestler! I live by the motto: "Be the person you needed when you were younger." If I were a superhero, my power would be...Everything Spiderman can do. lol. Three wordsthat describe me: active, dreamer, nerd. Favorite children's book, movie or song: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin, Jr. and John Archambault and Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak

I was inspired to work in ABA therapy after witnessing just how life-changing it can be for children and their families. Whether it's a big breakthrough or a small step forward, being part of that growth has shown me that this is where I can truly make a difference. What I love most is building genuine connections-celebrating each child's milestones and working alongside families as a trusted partner in their journey. As an RBT at BHField, this work has been more than a job-it's been a source of healing, direction, and fulfillment. Even on the hardest days, showing up for these kids reminds me of my purpose and strength. A fun fact about me: I love to sing and grew up singing in a church ministry! I've dedicated my career to designing experiences that truly improve people's lives. As a UX/UI designer at BHF, what drives me every day is knowing that what I create helps professionals and families navigate challenging moments with more clarity and empathy. I fell in love with technology the moment I realized it could bridge human needs with real solutions. A fun fact about me: I used to play volleyball and soccer at a competitive level, and today I channel that same energy through Pilates, dancing, and escape rooms. I love exploring new ways of thinking and communicating. One quote that inspires me: "Clarity is power"-because every big change begins with truly understanding. At BHF, I deeply value teamwork-every conversation is a chance to build something better, more accessible, and more human. Supporting individuals as they build essential life skills and reach their full potential is incredibly fulfilling. What I love most is being part of each child and family's journey-celebrating progress in every form, whether it's a new word, a shared smile, or a successful transition. I found my way into ABA therapy by accident-but it quickly became my purpose. While working as a caregiver for a client with autism and mental illness, I met a team of RBTs and instantly thought, "I want to do THAT." I left behind my dream of becoming a Hollywood movie director in 2018 and never looked back. What I love most about this work is building genuine connections-earning a child's trust, being a safe and steady presence, and supporting families through every twist and turn. As an RBT Coordinator at BHField, I'm honored to mentor and uplift our incredible team of RBTs. Watching them grow in confidence and compassion is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. With a background in film and playwriting (two of my plays even won awards!), I bring creativity and heart to everything I do. A quote I live by is, "Where there is love, nothing is ever too much and there is always time." If I were a superhero, my power would be, being able to speak any language at any time! Three words that describe me: curious, coffee-fueled, heart-first. Favorite children's book, movie, or song: Mary Poppins
I co-founded BH Field to bring smiles and lead with heart. BH Field’s values reflect who I am as a person and BCBA: 1) Open-minded to navigate teamwork and health Insurance challenges while applying the science of ABA on Autistic individuals. 2) Support and emotional connection across everyone, parents, partners and staff alike. 3) Commitment to diversity in all forms, regardless of skin color, religion, age, language, identity… because we are ALL HUMANS IN THIS UNIVERSE. At times, the work feels extra challenging and overwhelming because it truly is. Setting realistic and trust-based expectations with others is never easy, especially when so much of it is beyond my direct control; Yet in those moments, I remind myself to choose appreciation over judgment, because appreciation turns difficulties into opportunities for kindness, connection and growth.
More about Dana? Sometimes my perfectionism goes to an unhealthy level; I love spreading happiness and making others feel comfortable. Not sure if I meet expectations on all my roles 😊 but I’m a mom, a wife, an aunt, a sister, a daughter, a BCBA... If you are reading about me, you also must know I’m a strong advocate of ABA Therapy focused on compassion over compliance and inviting over commanding because warmth and inclusion build trust, while strictness can create tension or even power struggles. Welcome to BH Field

What inspired me to work in ABA is the ability to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life. What I love most about working with children and families is the relationships and bonds that form over time. I especially enjoy checking in with families—asking how they’re doing and if there’s anything I can do to support them. Hearing about positive changes in their child’s life is always a highlight. A fun fact about me: I love my dog Flynn, cooking at home, and exploring new food spots around town. One of my favorite quotes when it comes to helping others is, “Meaning is constructed in the mind of the receiver.” If I had to describe myself in three words, I’d say I’m caring, dedicated, and attentive. And for my favorite children’s book? It’s a tie between Oh, the Places You’ll Go! and Seuss-isms—both by Dr. Seuss.
I always knew I wanted to work with kids and originally thought I'd become a teacher-but after college, I realized I wasn't sure which age group, subject, or classroom setting was the right fit for me. Everything changed when I became an RBT. The children I worked with were some of the most incredible kids I had ever met, and witnessing their progress and milestones firsthand made me realize that ABA was where I was meant to be. What I love most about working with families is helping everyone understand each other better. Sometimes families aren't sure what progress looks like or how to support it, but through collaboration and open communication, we get to grow together, celebrate small wins, and build confidence in the journey ahead. A fun fact about me is that I was in band for ten years-from 7th grade through college-playing the tenor saxophone. I might not have been the best, but I loved every minute of it! One of my favorite mottos when it comes to helping children is: While their greatness is not always loud or obvious, if we take the time to understand them, we unlock a way to appreciate it and see the brilliance they've had all along.

I am passionate about ABA therapy because I find joy in witnessing tangible improvements in clients through data-driven approaches, and I cherish the relationships I build with each family. Every child and family has a unique journey, and I love being part of that process. A fun fact about me: I've gone skydiving three times! My favorite quote that drives my work is, "We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone." Working at BHF has been a privilege. The ethical and compassionate environment here truly sets us apart. I'm grateful for the supportive, dedicated team that makes a real difference in the lives of families. If I were a superhero, my power would be time travel. Three words that describe me: compassionate, driven, and dedicated. And as for a favorite movie? It's Harry Potter-I even have a Harry Potter tattoo!
I've always had a heart for creating meaningful impact in my community and being part of real, lasting change. My passion for this work deepened even more when I became a mother to a daughter with a disability. That personal experience fuels my understanding of how crucial it is for families to access the support they need. What I love most about working with children and families is the opportunity to educate, encourage, and walk alongside them with compassion as they navigate their unique journeys. Outside of work, I have a love for antique finds, Chinoiserie prints, and my newest hobby-tennis! A quote I live by is, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." - Mahatma Gandhi. If I were a superhero, my power would be: the ability to read minds. Three words that describe me: compassionate, determined, resilient.

My passion for working with children began in college, and although I didn't initially know about ABA therapy, my experiences in both psychology and education naturally led me here. What I love most is being part of the progress-watching children gain independence and confidence, and knowing that the work we do has a lasting impact on families. It truly takes a team to make the dream work, and I'm grateful to be part of that journey every day. A fun fact about me is that I plan to pursue my master's in Clinical Mental Health Psychology so I can continue making futures brighter for children and families. My favorite motto is: "Teamwork makes the dream work." Even when this field gets tough, I believe hard work and pressure are what lead to real progress and lasting results. If I were a superhero, my power would be the ability to fly-just so I could avoid Atlanta traffic and get where I need to go stress-free!

I became an RBT because I'm passionate about helping marginalized individuals and communities reach their full potential. Seeing the positive impact of evidence-based interventions on clients' lives motivates and inspires me every single day. One of the things I love most is witnessing the look of shock and joy on a parent's face when their child masters a skill others assumed they couldn't do. It's incredibly rewarding to watch people realize just how capable and intelligent these children truly are. A fun fact about me is that I'm extremely creative-I make candles in my free time! A quote that guides my work is: "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves."The entire staff at BH Field is deeply passionate about their work and the children they serve, and it's truly inspiring to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team.
What inspired me to work in ABA therapy was witnessing the incredible growth children can make through this approach. Watching their progress and knowing I can be part of that journey is deeply rewarding. What I love most about working with children and families is the joy that comes with it-we're making a meaningful impact while having fun. It doesn't feel like work when you're doing something that truly matters. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy weightlifting-it keeps me grounded and energized! One of my favorite quotes is from Spider-Man: "With great power comes great responsibility." It reminds me to approach this work with both care and purpose. Being a part of BH Field feels like being part of a family. The support here is incredible, and the commitment to delivering meaningful services to our families is what makes this work so fulfilling.
What inspired me to work in ABA therapy was simply the desire to help others. That passion has grown stronger as I've watched children and their families make real progress. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is seeing the effort of the clinical team translate into meaningful change-it's incredibly fulfilling to witness growth in action. A fun fact about me: I love exploring new coffee shops! It's my favorite way to unwind and recharge. One quote I live by is: "Take it one day at a time." It reminds me to stay grounded and focused, especially when helping others through challenging moments. I've been with BHF for two years, and it truly feels like a family. The support here is unmatched, and I'm grateful to be part of such a collaborative and caring team. If I were a superhero, my power would be: Reading minds (but only when I want to!) Three words that describe me: Sassy, introverted, feisty Favorite children's movie: The Emperor's New Groove - it always makes me laugh!
What I love most about working in this field is being part of a company that truly changes lives every day. As a recruiter, it brings me so much joy to connect with ABA professionals and guide them through a hiring journey that's welcoming, thoughtful, and transparent. I genuinely believe that when we take care of our team, they're better equipped to show up fully for the children who need them-and that's what it's all about. A fun fact about me: I studied Psychology because I've always been fascinated by human behavior, but my entire professional background is in HR. Also-I'm absolutely obsessed with my two dogs! __ One quote I carry with me is: "Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person." It truly feels like family here, and I'm so proud to be a part of it! If I were a superhero, my power would be: Teleportation-so I could meet everyone in person (and skip traffic)! Three words that describe me: Empathetic, people-first, funny Favorite children's media: I'm a big fan of documentaries, history books, and all things Latin music!
I was introduced to ABA by a friend after undergrad, thinking it would be a short-term job before nursing school. Five years later, I'm still here-because I fell in love with the work. Every child is their own little universe, and being part of their world is the sweetest gift. I especially enjoy connecting with families from all walks of life and celebrating the big and small wins alongside them. I'm Haitian (even though I can't handle spicy food-yes, I know my ancestors are judging me!). I live by the motto: "You're blessed to be a blessing," and that's how I approach my work every day. BHF has shaped me into the RBT I am today. The leadership, the BCBAs, and the families have all poured into me with love and support that's truly unmatched. Three words that describe me: Grateful. Dedicated. Genuine. Superpower of choice: Healing-physical, emotional, and spiritual. Favorite children's book or movie: The Little Prince
I chose a career in ABA because I wanted to feel like I was truly making a difference-and every day in this field confirms that I am. As a former RBT and now a BCBA at BHF, I've had the best experience growing within a company that genuinely supports and cares for its team. What I love most is supporting families and helping children grow, thrive, and gain confidence in their own unique ways. Outside of work, you can find me playing video games (especially Call of Duty)-it's one of my favorite ways to unwind. One of the quotes that guides me is by Jane Goodall: "What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." I carry that mindset into every session, every plan, and every interaction. And when I need a feel-good throwback? My go-to children's movie is Rugrats.
I've always been drawn to the underdog-the child who's often misunderstood or overlooked. ABA gave me the chance to turn that passion into purpose, helping children and families experience real breakthroughs. As someone who sees behavior through both a clinical and spiritual lens, I strive to offer support that's rooted in both structure and dignity. One of my favorite parts of this work is helping nonverbal children find their voice. There's nothing like watching a child say their first words or achieve a goal their family once thought was out of reach. It's not just therapy-it's transformation. I also love partnering with parents, building trust, and celebrating progress together. Outside of work, I'm a published writer and a lover of fast cars-I'd race NASCAR if I could! I live by the motto: "Correct with compassion. Teach with patience. Love with action." Working at BH Field has been a blessing. I feel seen, supported, and empowered to bring my full self to this work every day. Three words that describe me: Revolutionary. Compassionate. God-fearing. Superpower of choice: Invincibility-to protect and uplift others. Favorite children's movie/song: School Daze / The Big Payback by James Brown Book that inspires me: The Bible
What inspired me to work in ABA therapy was witnessing the powerful, positive impact it had on families-bringing them closer, helping them communicate more effectively, and creating space for shared growth. I knew I wanted to be a part of that healing and transformation. As a BCBA at BHF, I love seeing children grow, learn, and become more independent, and I especially enjoy the joy families feel when they see their child making progress. I've had the privilege of working with both English- and Spanish-speaking families, and I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a team where love, compassion, and cultural connection matter. A fun fact about me: I'm a fashion designer who loves to sew and make dresses-a creative outlet that brings me joy and allows me to make others feel beautiful. I'm also a self-taught polyglot working toward fluency in five languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Mandarin. I believe language is a bridge, and my goal is to help more families feel understood and supported, especially those who might otherwise face barriers to care. One of my favorite scriptures guides my approach: "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed" (Proverbs 11:25). At BHF, I've found a home where I can live out that principle every day-and I'm thankful for Dana's unwavering support and the heart-centered mission we all share.

I was drawn to ABA therapy because of its power to create meaningful, lasting change in fun, individualized ways. I saw firsthand how strategies rooted in both data and compassion could help children gain independence, reduce frustration, and build deeper connections with those around them. The science of behavior-blended with creativity and strong relationships-continues to inspire me every day. What I love most is seeing children thrive, whether that's through learning a new skill or finding a new way to communicate. Those moments, big or small, make all the hard work worth it. Collaborating with families to create those victories is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do. As a BCBA at Behavioral Health Field, I'm known for my collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming approach and thoughtful attention to each individual's unique needs. I believe goals should be meaningful, not just measurable-and I work hard to ensure each client feels seen, heard, and actively involved in their own growth. A fun fact about me: I love to draw! I once dreamed of becoming a Disney animator, and sketching is still one of my favorite ways to recharge. My guiding philosophy? "All behavior is communication-it serves a purpose and meets a need." That belief reminds me to approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I stumbled into ABA therapy and quickly fell in love with the meaningful connections I've made with children and their families. Celebrating progress-no matter how small-has shown me just how impactful this work truly is. Every little win adds up, and being part of that growth is incredibly rewarding. What I love most is building trust, forming genuine connections, and being a safe, consistent presence in a child's life. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, trying new coffee spots, and making my own iced coffee creations at home like a mini barista. Spending quality time with my family is my favorite way to recharge. I live by the motto: "Always lead with kindness. Be the person who makes others feel seen, safe, and heard." That guiding principle shapes both my personal and professional life, and I'm proud to bring that energy into every session. If I were a superhero, my power would be...spreading kindness everywhere I go. Three words that descibe me: Empathetic, Approachable and Supportive. Favorite Children's Book: If you give a mouse a cookie
I've always wanted to work with children, and after graduating college during the pandemic, I was searching for a meaningful career. A friend I met at the gym introduced me to ABA and encouraged me to apply as an RBT-and I've been loving it ever since! What I enjoy most about this work is the opportunity to help others in meaningful ways every single day. I'm someone who thrives in roles that serve a greater purpose, and ABA has been the perfect fit. Since joining BHField in 2021, I've never loved a job or a company more. The kindness and compassion shared among team members and toward the families we serve makes it a true privilege to be part of this organization. My favorite motto is, "You don't need a reason to help someone," and I carry that with me in everything I do. Outside of work, I love staying active-I'm also a competitive powerlifter!
My love for teaching and working with children is what inspired me to pursue a career in ABA. One of the most fulfilling aspects of this work is building meaningful connections with clients and their families-and witnessing how ABA services can truly enhance their lives. Working at BHField has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I've grown tremendously as an RBT while being surrounded by some of the kindest and most supportive teammates. A favorite quote that guides me is, "Helping others in need is not only a responsibility of life; it is what gives meaning to life." Outside of work, I'm a puzzle fanatic! I love assembling 500- to 1,000-piece puzzles and proudly keep a giant scrapbook of my completed masterpieces.
Hi everyone! My name is Paris Davis and I'm a Registered Behavioral Therapist! I have been working in the field for almost 5 years now and I am now in school to become a BCBA (I'm so excited). Before working in the ABA field, I was a high school Special Ed Teacher for 3 years. Working with my kiddos in the school system inspired me to do more so I started working in ABA. The things that I love the most about working with all the kiddos and the families I have serviced over the years is the bond I have been able to make, seeing the true transformation and journey that they go through and just seeing my kiddos smile and be happy! I truly love what I do. Some fun facts about me would be I love to cook, I enjoy going on hikes and traveling the world. There are so many words I can use to describe myself but the three I would say at the moment are empathetic, insightful and nurturing. BHF is truly a family that comes together and looks out for others, I have enjoyed my time working with BHF and can't wait to continue to grow within the company!
I live by the motto, "When I serve others with kindness and compassion, I'm living out my faith."
After over a decade working with children in the education field, I felt called to make a more personal impact-especially for children with special needs and their families. That's what led me to ABA therapy, where I could connect more deeply and help create meaningful change. My passion for this work is also personal; as a parent of a child with autism and developmental delays, I understand the challenges families face and strive to bring compassion, support, and hope into every interaction. At BHField, I've found a home where the motto "Compassion over compliance" truly guides the work we do. I love helping families navigate life with ASD and doing everything I can to create the best outcomes for their children. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, hiking, and spending time with my family-and I'm currently working toward becoming a BCBA to expand the impact I can make. One quote I live by is, "A kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal." My inspiration to work in ABA therapy stems from a deep commitment to improving mental health treatment in Black and Brown communities, where support is often under-resourced. I truly believe God gave me a natural gift to connect with others-especially children who are nonverbal or on the spectrum and need extra support. ABA therapy allowed me to turn that gift into purpose. I was inspired not only by the changes I could help create in a child's behavior but also in their confidence, communication, and joy. What I love most are the small wins that lead to big breakthroughs-whether it's a child saying their first word, completing a task on their own, or simply smiling more. At BHField, being an RBT is more than a job-it's a calling. I take pride in being on the front lines, giving honest feedback, and partnering closely with families to ensure each behavior plan truly supports growth.
