Equal Employment Opportunity
BH Field is glad to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members. All employment decisions at BH Field, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, promotion, and transfer are based on performance, qualifications, abilities, education, and experience. BH Field does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, past or present military service, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations we operate.

Americans with Disabilities Act
BH Field is committed to our compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended, and applicable state and local laws concerning the equal employment opportunities of qualified persons with disabilities, including but not limited to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions. Accordingly, BH Field is committed to employing and advancing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities including protected veterans. This may include providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals as it relates to application procedures, hiring, advancement, discharge, compensation, training, or other terms of employment.

Translation Services for Families
BH Field celebrates diversity and serves families in a wide range of languages. When a family comes to BH Field at the point of intake, one of our ABA services Advocates speaks with the family. During this time, we can determine the family’s primary speaking language. Our coordinators will assess accordingly to see if we have ABA practitioners that are fluent speaking the specific language of the family in order to determine our availability to provide services to that client. If we do not have ABA practitioners fluent in that language, we will look into translation services for the family. We also work with a translation agency to translate marketing materials when needed into the appropriate language.
