Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Texas
Anywhere in Texas — families’ homes and schools, coordinated from our Round Rock location
Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in person to children in their homes and schools across Texas, under the supervision of a BH Field BCBA.

- Run each session as your client's treatment plan sets out.
- Collect accurate session data and write clear session notes.
- Work with parents and caregivers so skills carry into daily life.
- Take part in regular supervision with your BCBA.
What you bring
- An active RBT credential from the BACB, or a commitment to earn one with our support.
- Reliable transportation to reach families’ homes and schools.
- Patience, warmth and enthusiasm for working with children.
- English and Spanish is a plus — many of our families speak Spanish at home.
